Bagaimana nak pregnant?

Ok seperti yang telah Aireen janjikan....Entry kali ni khas mengenai bagaimana Aireen nak pregnant dan apa yang sudah Aireen lalui untuk mendapatkan zuriat ;)

First i went to Hospital Pantai Pandan Indah

1. Makan Clomid (3 bulan berturut) - 2009
Since my gynae said I don't ovulate...so she prescribed me this. Start makan lepas setahun kawen
p/s: how can i don't have egg...musykil...abis yang period tu apa ye....

2. Ovarian Drilling Surgery - 2009
Lepas makan clomid tengok still tak ovulate jugak so doctor suggested ovarian drilling. Sebab mungkin ovary Aireen sumbat dan diselaputi lemak (ye la dulu kan Ai gemuk)

Well this is not mine...i googled it ;) so that u know macam mana roper paras ovary kena drill

3. HSG test - 2009
During ovarian drilling procedure, doctor found out Aireen ada virus infection around my fallopian tube so doctor suggest buat HSG to check if my tube are block or not - procedure ni lagi sakit dari surgery untuk ovarian drilling tu ha!

Again, this is not mine...i googled it ;) so that korang tau macam mana roper parasnye

Result: both tube blocked
Doctor suggested: IVF

Aireen rasa my first gynae tu merapu sebab she supposed to do my blood test, buat HSG dulu baru proceed ovarian drilling...so i brought all my medical report to my current gynae for second oppinion...

Ye itu lah dia Gynae saya Prof Hashim Omar

who else? tidak lain tidak bukan my lovely Prof. Hashim Omar (ewah...kemain lagi lovely katanya..i like him because he's good...dia explained everything sampai kita faham). 

He attach with PPUKM. So bila jumpa prof..memula he send me for........


4. Blood Test (CA-125) - early 2010
Syukur alhamdulullah i'm clean ;) but as per prof the scar still there..bila ada scar dalam fallopian tube, memang susah nak bagi sperm smooth sailing kat dlm tu :(

Result: No infection. Fully Recovered

5. In Vitro Fertilization IVF - 2010
Aireen sempat pregnant selama 2 bulan. I'm still be grateful sebab merasa peluang itu....syukur Alhamdulillah. 

The diagram - this is how they do step by step. Yang pastinya i've been dealing with lots of drugs and needles!!

The process nampak mudah......oowhhh tidak semudah itu kbai ;)

Ok kita tengok diagram and video how the eggs been collected and how they transferred the embryo back to the womb je la yek...kalau nak suruh aireen cerita IVF punya step by step mmg boleh buat novel tros dah entry kali ni!!

lepastu kitorang stop kejap i mean stop all the procedures and medications needed untuk infertility treatment sebab down gila lepas miscarriage. So the long paused until.........2012

6. Makan Birth Control - Jan 2012
Aireen jumpa prof balik sebab my period was irregular. Prof prescribed 3 bulan berturut2 makan birth control sebab nak regularkan period aireen balik.

Memang salah satu fungsi birth control pills adalah untuk mengregularkan balik period kita...tapi nah hamik kau badan naik bagai johan sampai 105kg....scarrrrrryyy!! ;)

7. Google pasal macam mana nak betulkan kitaran haid tanpa ubat. - March 2012
Result banyak kata pakai Premium Beautiful boleh regularkan balik menses.

Ai kan Ms. Google ;) But seriously apa yang you nak cari..you google la..sure jumpa!!

8. Pakai Premium Beautiful dan makan pil maharani- April 2012
I'm glad to say Alhamdulillah dan syukur sebab tanpa bantuan ubat my menses dah back on track since May 2012 until now ;) I've mentioned pasal ni in my previous entry

 Power pack...bergabung meletup!

Pakai Premium Beautiful dengan makan Pil Maharani memang banyak bantu betulkan balik period Aireen yang haywire tu. Period betul, badan pon tak naik ;)

9. HSG - July 2012
Aireen tanya prof whether i can pregnant normal atau masih perlu buat rawatan IVF and nak tau jugak sama ada Fallopian tube Aireen ni sumbat lagi ke tak. So Prof suggested me to proceed with the 2nd HSG test.

Result: Masih block.
Solution: Tubal reconstructive surgery or IVF

10. Tubal reconstructive surgery - October 2012
Result: Both tube in a good condition now
Doctor suggested: try get pregnant manually

11. Baby making - ASAP....lol

Boleh buat buku kan? Tajuk "Trying to Conceive by Aireen Osman"...Lol

So, kawan2...we're still trying to get pregnant...doakan segala urusan Aireen dan suami berjalan lancar ye...insyallah amin... ;)
