me = healthy food

Huh....from today onwards...i'm going to have oats for my breakfast...vege soup for my lunch...n no rice plssssss...adoiiii i'm putting my weight on and on ever since get married on may 2008 damnnn it.....perkara ini tidak boleh dibiarkan dan diambil ringan yee puan puan...sebelum kawen badan mantap...dah kawen badan da bombb kenottt very the kenotttt dah....need to cut all those carbs and cals...shitt
